Very genuine tour operators in Guwahati. They respond very well, specially Priyanka Goswami , will be definitely booking again from you people.

Not at all professional. They make people go around who doesn't have much experience. If you approach them they will pretend that it's the customers fault. They have kept us go around for two years for filing my parents DS-160 for US visa and they didn't provide the necessary documents for the interview. Whenever we went to them asking about the updates, they would keep telling that they did not receive response from embassy whereas I never had any issues getting response from embassy for my own visas. They will just fool you. Please go to other reputed agencies than these local , unprofessional people. Edited on 8/10/2021: I'm partially taking down some comments I put up before. I visited them today and they were very concerned about this review. And then they explained me what drawbacks they are facing due to the lockdown. They promised they will keep updating on further updates and what all they want from us. I will still keep this review until everything is done. And will change once my case is resolved.

Calls not pick up ... They dont have any response

Booked a week long tour for Singapore and Malaysia . Highly dissatisfied with the services provided . The hotels in both the cities , even though we're 3 star, was really inefficient. The size of the rooms in the hotel provided at Singapore was laughable with no space to even move in the bathroom as well as the room . The housekeeping staff in both the hotels were really disinterested to clean the rooms and we had to tell them multiple times to even clean the rooms. We had made it clear from the get go that the quality of the hotel was really important to us so this sort of service was unacceptable . On top of that we were scheduled for a whole day in Genting Highland in Malaysia and when we reached we found out that everything has been closed for a while now due to renovations. I believe Jungle travels should take their duty as travel agents a little more seriously and at least look into the places before sending their customers there. Overall the experience with Jungle Travels was really unsatisfactory and do not think we will be returning for future travels.
