Juna is a very well managed, clean gym with premium quality equipments but what sets Juna apart are the people working here who are deeply invested in improving your overall experience of getting and staying fit. From Tanya and Shubhi always greeting you with a smile and handling all your queries efficiently at the front desk to Mr Sandeep always asking for feedback to improve your experience, makes you feel valued as a client. It has been around 8 months that I joined Juna and it has been an amazing transformational journey for me. Just within a few months, I could see considerable increase in my strength and stamina. My overall body posture improved and I could see my body getting toned up. A very important part of my fitness journey has been my excellent personal trainer, Mr Nitin Chaurasiya. He always kept the workout sessions interesting by changing a few exercises every other week so that it doesn't become repetitive. Apart from teaching me the correct form, he also motivated me to push myself to perform better. As someone with good people skills, he could communicate well and understand my personal fitness goals, thereby helping me work towards it. Apart from Nitin, I also got a chance to have a few workout sessions with Ashish, Atul and Tarun, and they all are incredibly good trainers. I would highly recommend Juna to anyone looking for a good gym to support their fitness journey.

Juna is a great place to workout. It provides a very professional yet familiar vibe. The manager and trainers keep your motivation level high. The gym has all the required equipments and they provide classes aerobics and yoga as well. I am thankful to the whole team of Juna for making it the best gym of Bhopal.

Juna has been awesome to me. Their trainers are exceptional, the overall vibe is great and I have had nothing but good experiences. I definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Amazing personal trainers and complete, clean gym. Would highly recommend! Focuses more over the positioning of your body and grips rather then pushing you to lift heavy weights. Hands down, the best decision I've made in respect to my body so far.

Have been going to Juna for the past two months. My experience has been excellent, Mr Sandeep and his team take great care of you. The facilities are clean and a good standard of hygiene is always maintained. My personal trainer is Mr Ashish and he has helped me get my health and fitness back to track. His approach has allowed me to settle into the training regime and overtime build confidence to push myself. I would recommend this gym to everyone. It's the best in Bhopal.

JUNA is the best gym and fitness training centre of Bhopal. Best place to workout and to be in shape. Juna workout environment is in itself very energetic and give you extra energy to workout more.

What is great? Juna Gym is a hidden gem of Bhopal. It is a luxury gym with top-notch equipment and welcoming staff tucked away in a quiet residential area. I was lucky to discover it on a random walk - the place instantly appealed to me and I joined right away. Here is what makes it special for me - * Location - It is in the upscale Arera Colony (E-3) - a quiet residential area. * Ambience - The pride of the owners and staff is reflected in the tasteful and welcoming environment, and how well everything is maintained (comparable to Taj and Oberoi Hotels). The ultra-clean aspect is matched by the inviting ambience set by natural light pouring in from glass walls with lush bamboos outside. * Equipment - The equipment is premium quality (Technogym, Nordic, Stairmaster, and other reputed brands) that and very well-maintained. There is generous spacing between machines and so the place doesn't feel crowded like most other gyms. * People - The quality of people also sets this gym apart. The welcoming receptionists, knowledgeable and helpful trainers, and quality clients all add to make it an elevated community. The place is well-staffed (6 trainers, 6 cleaners, 2 receptionists, 1 floor manager, 1 overall leader). * Process - You see the discipline in staff, as well as in clients (who put weights back in place, for example), no need for check-in formalities as the receptionists know all the members . There are also drills for beginner and intermediate levels conveniently available as wall-posters. * Amenities - There is ample parking for 10 cars with a parking attendant, seating areas with magazines, locker rooms with private toilets, showers, and steam room. What could be better? * Limited timing (6-12 and 4-9 pm) * Closed on Sundays * Premium pricing (over 30k per year) Recommendations * Keep open till 1 pm * Keep open on Sundays (with limited hours if needed). * Consider adding quiet hours (1 hour in morning and evening without music) * Affordable 1-week passes for outstation guests of members * Some equipment such as the treadmills are outdated

There response level is very low post you pay the membership ..I think Mr Sandeep is the only decision making authority n it is very difficult to get him thru over phone ..Also quality of pt is not as it is in a well recognised gym

Great experience with Juna. Trainers are very professional and hardworking. I had many severe health issues, but the trainers helped me overcome my shortcomings, rebuild my strength and stamina. Amazing management, great facilities and the premise is sweaky clean. Thanks juna.
