Jumshid Sir is truly an inspired teacher who lives and breathes Yoga. His teaching is simple, clear and rigorous. He takes personal interest in each student and shows all asanas. I look forward to doing Yoga every morning. He is truly a gem.

I have been practising yoga for some years with different teachers. I came to Mysore to stablish a better foundation for my practice, which I felt I was missing. I practiced here for one month, from Monday to Friday. I'm so happy I found a real guru, as firm as compasionate, who helped me to develop a thorough understanding of the basis of yoga through the awareness of the intimate link between body, breath and mind. You won't just find a list of asanas to be completed here, but a practice that unveils your inner self, thus being able to experience life in your best potential. I'll hopefully be back soon!

Ma femme vient de commencer sa pratique du yoga avec le professeur, Jumshid. Je l'avais rencontre il y a de nombreuses annees et suis etonne de voir le niveau atteint. Rigueur, attention personnalisee pour chaque etudiant, qu'il soit indien ou etranger, pas de distinction. J'ai aussi ete marque par sa capacite a motiver l'etudiant a atteindre son meilleur niveau, meme si c'est modeste au debut, pas de laisser-aller ! Je ne peux que chaudement recommander une seance avec lui, on voit tout de suite la difference et on revient.

Jumshid's passion and devotion to yoga was very evident when I first met him nearly 5 years ago. He brings the same devotion to his training sessions. Each session is rigorous and throughout the session he is constantly guiding us about right posture and breathing technique. I end each session with a sense of well being and feel relaxed in mind and body. Have to admit, I am more flexible in my 60's than I did in my 40's. and feel physically fitter. Thank you Jumshid.

A most sparkling clean serene hall. Natural bird & insect calls. Strongly attractive positive aura. Instructor Suma is one in a million. Experienced, knowledgeable & can read a person accurately. Refreshing to have a kind & patient teacher as a guide. Yoga becomes an enjoyable necessity of life.

Asanas taught me to love and respect my body, Pranayama taught me to regulate my breath and Meditation taught me the Art of observation. It is a challenge to silence my mind but with the practice of all the 3 above I am better person than what I was earlier and there is scope for more... Thanks Jumshed Sir for changing my life for the better...the importance you stress on breathing while doing the asanas..and need to practice Pranayama after the asana practice... OM TAT SAT
