Mr. Devang from Juley Tours in Mumbai, whom i found through Google search, even without any face to face interaction, understood the requirements very well and accordingly executed whole hotel bookings and planned the travel in Kerala trip this Diwali vacation very meticulously and perfect to the expectations conveyed to him. Arranged best vehicle and particularly the driver Mr. Sunil from cochin was so humble and accommodating that everything was traversed comfortably without any haste, hassel or ifs and buts. Had booked a trip for my entire family and relatives (a group of 16) for Kashmir. The trip was well organised. Hotels were fairly good. Had hassle free checkins at all our stays. Our transport was managed into a tempo traveller & a car for comfort. Since we had a few senior citizens as well. The drivers were helpful and guided us well. For the food there one needs to cope up with what you get... Most of the hotels there do serve tandoori roti on demand however the tawa roti and rice that you get at the hotels by default depends on your taste buds... Some like it some don't.f.. All in all we had a good experience with Juley and will definitely recommend an experience with them.

This was my first trip, me and my husband had a wonderful experience and would like to thank the organisers for planning such a beautiful trip also they were so polite and very flexible while planning the trip also in addition they are more transparent with all the bookings. Juley Tours is one of the most experienced tours and travels company. My brother in law had travelled through Juley Tours twice and based on his good reviews me and my wife decided to take the package offered by Juley Tours. The package was customised per our needs and also it was budget friendly, thanks to Devang Dharamshi. The hotel in Manali was quite decent and food quality was good too. Candle light dinner was offered complimentary to us. The best part of the hotel was the view of the Himalayas. The driver hired was one of the best drivers I have seen in my life. He was soft spoken, kind and had good knowledge about Manali and Shimla and the roads. The arrangements done by Devang and his team were done very well and we enjoyed our Hassel free journey. Only less good part of the entire journey was the hotel in Shimla(Shimla Nature Ville), it was located to a very isolated area with very narrow roads and quite far from Shimla mall road plus they didn't have fans installed in room. Would recommend to avoid this hotel however Juley Tours were ready to provide alternate hotel at that time but we decided to stay as it was only a matter of only 12 hrs of stay. Hope Juley Tours continue this good service and would surely recommend them to others. Looking forward for next trip with Juley Tours Thank you Devang and Team

Ladakh trip has been so special to me as it was my first north trip! It was my best ever Family Trip and my overall experience has been amazing. Right from the day we started our trip till the very end there was nothing that was problematic. Ladakh is truly a Heaven On Earth and all thanks to Juley Tours for designing such a wonderful Itinerary. All the Facilities were upto the mark! Excellent Accommodation, various Cuisine Food, Sightseeing, Driver cum Tourist Guide, everything was perfect. People are really sweet and helpful in Ladakh. Driver had all the information about the places we were scheduled to visit and he made our trip to different language speaking state very comfortable and amazing. Overall review: Superb.
