It's good for enjoying but the water is bad
What a beautiful place Juhu place. Escape from all the chaos and sit quietly on the beach- that's my idea of paradise. There are lot of people around playing games like Kabbadi, cricket, football l, etc. Senior citizens strolling on the beach, families sitting and having quick snack, etc. A complete package of having fun in the evening.
Juhu Beach is the most popular beach in Mumbai among the tourists and locals and hence mostly crowded. It is a long beach and certain sports / fun activities are also available, also seems to be a preferred place for locals for morning & evening jogs / walks. The beach is also known for several street food stalls with a distinctive Mumbai taste like Pav, Bhel, Pani Puri, Kulfi-Faluda etc. While buying anything on the beach, a proper negotiation with the vendor is recommended. The neighboring area of the beach happens to be one of the posh localities in the city, which houses several Bollywood biggies. Several prominent hotels are located at the beach side. Parking could be an issue during peak hours. The place has its own vibe and an ideal place for spending some relaxing and entraining time with family and friends.
Very dirty beach and try to avoid going in water due to the garbage that people are throwing in the water. Earlier watching sunset was really mesmerizing specially due to the wind blowing. But now due to all garbage thrown it is not that beautiful. Also, parking is very difficult and autowalas have their monopoly for fares. It is open all night long and is very good to visit at night.
Now juhu Beach is clean. Pay and Park facility's also available outside of Beach for two wheeler 20rs Juhu beach located in Santacruz West you can take meter rikshaw, BEST buses from Santacruz railway station to reach Juhu beach. It is a good place for your kids and family once you should visit here
