JTPL City - Housing development in Kharar, Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar - S.a.s Nagar, India

Very worse place during rain season. Water logged in empty plots. Lot of snakes. Open electric cables.

I got chance to visit my cousin brother house in JTPL city at Kharar. As you can see in pics the view. There is a park also for society. For great views I gave 5 star.

There is so many apartment available for bachelor to family plus it's have a common park just aside of highway road. This area is not too crowded. You can also do jogging or running in morning or evening as you like. Here you can watch peacock anytime running on road side or sitting on trees.

Nice city, but near by locals running shops with their monopoly, water logging, no transportation for corner end flats, walking for 1.5 km for any small requirements

Poor maintaince and poor lighting in Night The lights in the Night in this society are barely on, half of the street lights are not working and if you have to step out after 07 pm here, specially these days, it is scary, you will have to use ur cell phone lights and it is so dark and unsafe because they have a very few lights working, it is like a bhoot bangla in Night. If you visit in day, their so called high street lights are just a show off. Look below on the pond that gets created after rain Bcz there is no severage system. It will remain there for many days.

Nice township.. only the entry road is too long.. market not developed much inside. But just outside, all facilities at footsteps. Cool, peaceful, open area, away from traffic disturbances. Lush green surroundings and parks

Poor infrastructure with unauthorised construction just to make money. No electricity, No water and poor drainage system.

Society locate in sector 115 start from NH with multiple commercial and residential plot flat.
