WORTH IT: The place seems to be very calm and peaceful very near to beach and has a very big place to play and have fun. One disappointment is the swimming pool which is not deep enough. It has four bedrooms which can accommodate 12 person and a big hall to have fun with proper kitchen.
A great location, only marred by the sour and profiteering attitude of the caretaker staff. A quiet and private beach house with a wade pool and lawn. Well appointed rooms - 4 bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen with some sit out space over two levels. The care taker (in Nov 2018) was very pushy of us - nagging us to buy fish through him from the local fisher folk, angling for higher tips (beyond the Rs 2000 we gave him in the beginning) and generally being a nuisance. What took the cake (literally) was that he was stealing stuff from us & locking them up! We went there as a family for a celebration; this man kept saying how the place was ideal for office parties - booze, food and hungover carelessness I guess.
This place is good neat and clean.you can o with ur family and friend and have some cooking and enjoy precious time
This is a very good and calm place to relax with family and friends. The support person's are really helpful and coordinate in a friendly manner.

Best beach, clean and long. We almost spent 7 years of our life living close to this beach, hearing the sea waves sound at night and enjoying the morning and evening walks. Also the clam time whiling with relatives and friends.
