Based on the visit to conference hall. Huge parking space behind the shopping complex. Conference hall is at third floor of the building. It has lifts, but accommodates only 4-5 persons. Cleanliness at the conference hall was very poor. The bathroom and wash was very untidy.

Good shopping complex with different shops. Parking available which is plus point as only few complex in ottapalam have this amenity

JRJ complex is situated very near to Ottappalam Bus Stand and they have the famous Nila Restaurant and JRJ Residency.

Easy access. . Located in Ottapalam town. Next to the bus stand. Walkable distance to Ottapalam railway station. This shopping complex has almost all facilities available like banks, ATMs, academic institutions like computer coaching, aviation institute, logistics course, interview skills training, spoken english, PSC, tally etc. Then gym, dance school, textiles, footwear, mobiles, fancy, pharmacy, insurance etc. Good restaurant, bakery and tea shop. Old mall but really good with parking facilities on the back side. Should improve on the maintenance part especially bathrooms.

It's an old building located in heart of the ottapalam. All the shops are available. Parking available but restroom is not available. Easy access to private bus stand

Lot of business are available in this building. Banks , investment broker , restaurant , shoe shop, clothing, dental hospitals are available
