JRD Pride - Hotel in New Delhi - South, India

Excellent from start to finish. The hotel manager Ahmed was brilliant! Very professional and obliging. Nothing was too much for him, all our requests were met, asap. It was clear he runs a very tight ship as all his staff gave excellent service too. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The service, food and the rooms excellent. We will definitely stay here again when we come to Delhi. A hidden gem for sure. Thank you Ahmed and your team for everything you did for us. You're the best!

My family stayed there for 2 days in November 23. Exceptional service, very prompt staff and very well maintained and clean rooms. Although it is a bit far from the market area, we could easily find local transport. Also, it is a little over-priced, but its worth the money spent!!!!

The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect. They were attentive, accommodating, and genuinely interested in making my visit memorable. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or assisting with any requests, their professionalism and friendliness were outstanding. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's dining options. The on-site restaurant showcased a culinary experience like no other. The talented chefs crafted delectable dishes using fresh, local ingredients, and the service was impeccable. Each meal was a delight, and the diverse menu catered to a variety of dietary preferences. The hotel's facilities were also exceptional. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my workout routine, and the spa provided a rejuvenating escape from the stresses of everyday life. The attention to detail extended even to these areas, creating an atmosphere of relaxation and wellness. Furthermore, the hotel's location was ideal, offering easy access to popular attractions, shopping districts, and transportation links. It served as a perfect base for exploring the city while providing a peaceful retreat at the end of a busy day.

Definitely not a good experience. Rooms are small, staff is not really helpful, problem with hot water, even landline was not working initially.

The room was to small according to the rate they are charging and its very hard for 3 people to adjust in a room given on a triple occupancy, and the staff behaviour was pathetic. The staff was very rude and was not wanting to help. Even when my driver sat in the lobby area for charging his phone, the night manager started yelling at him and told him to get lost. And when i went down to talk to him he was very rude. I would not like to recommend this hotel to any family.As a family this hotel is not at all good, entering room without even knocking the door . Pathetic

aura of the room was great, lighting was perfect, there's a additional tv in the bathroom, the tv in the bedroom was slightly tilted, bed was too springy, MiniFridge was not working, they replaced the fridge and again that was not working, when asked i cam to know that all the MiniFridge installed in the hotel rooms are too old and are not serviced properly. .. breakfast buffet was okay, noodles are not good, don't try it's too oily, kadhai Paneer, fried rice, veg biryani and boondi raita was awesome and delicious... roti is good as well. room service is not quick but staff is good... had a decent stay.

Hotel JRD PRIDE is located very good place & very near to Nizamuddin railway station, rooms are very good and clean, room service and staff are excellent, manager Sumith is very pleasing personality. Restaurant is very clean and food was very delicious. We had a great experience. Thanks JRD PRIDE
