JRD Luxury Boutique Hotel - Hotel in New Delhi - South, India

The hotel was good for the price. The rooms were clean with good lighting pattern. Bathrooms were clean and not small. Wardrobes with locker was present. Refrigerator and kettle were present. Overall a good place. The food was good and priced reasonably. However, the people in reception should improve their professionalism. I hope that they can easily fix it. I recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

This hotel has good rooms no doubt. We got clean rooms and bathrooms everything about that was okay but since i booked 2 rooms well in advance one would expect the rooms to be beside each other. At the time of check in we were told since all rooms are booked, we will get 2 rooms in different floors otherwise we can get 2 adjacent rooms in another wing of the hotel. Now to access this other wing one has to go through the terrace, pass the kitchens and then enter the floor. The entrance is dirty, that wing elevator was sticky and absolutely disgusting. Dirty and smudged floors with food. The breakfast was poor but still doable. Room service was good but when you have items on your menu, please stock on the items otherwise we customers have to get our requirements from outside the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was good when I visited it last time around July 2019. However, this time I found the hotel in a very shabby condition. Some renovations are going on in the ground floor and I hope that it retains its lost glory after the renovations are done. The breakfast was complimentary but the menu was quite restricted.

Booked the hotel for the birthday party, the food was very delicious and the service was quite appreciable. The hall size was sufficient for 80 peoples and they decorated the hall very beautifully. The parking space was less, you need to park the car on the roadside, but the guard will take care of the cars. Overall experience was very good and recommended.

Plz don't stay in this hotel... very poor service.... There is a garbage dumping area next to the hotel... the smell is very unpleasant while entering or leaving the hotel area.... Room service is very poor... breakfast is worst than a 1-star lodge... they don't deserve Luxury or hotel in their name.... I would suggest them to change the name to a lodge...

This place is just at the corner point of Deers park Hauz Khaz behind AIIMS Campus. The location of this hotel is well connected with all sections of Delhi. The hotel is well maintained by the staff and was polite with its customers. Rooms are excellent with all high end amenities and facilities within the room.

Staying in JRD was a good experience.. Whats makes me to say that there plenty of reasons the first and foremost reason is the staff of the hotel is quite impressive they helped me a lot.. Also the location of hotel is easy to go... So if you are nearby this location and need a place for staying whether it by with family or friends then go with JRD without any hesitation....

I am very thankful for the jrd staff and Mr. Kapoor (General Manager) for organising my haldi and mehndi function in such a fabulous manner. We and my family truly liked the overall function organised. Great service!!
