JRD Exotica || Business Hotel - Hotel in New Delhi - South, India

I visited this hotel on May 23. The rooms were very small. Our room had no windows! There was some work going on in an adjacent room and we had to face a lot of noise in day time. The washrooms were not clean and also the corridors. The person at the front desk was very arrogant and had no sense of handling customers. I would avoid this hotel in future.

Yes, the room was clean ,sheets changed , comfortable pillows and did meet my expectations..... with all facilities and amenities. The AC temperatures and the lighting were a good deal for a peaceful sleep. The bathrooms were clean with fresh towels and the shower worked well with warm and cold water. The staff were all well mannered and helpful. To top it all..... was the concept of welcoming stressed and exhausted customers/ clients with a regressing glass of water in the lobby!

Food is not at all good The have the menu just for name sake anything you want to order will not be available like deserts they have around 8 to 10 dishes in the menu but u get only 2dishes those are ice cream and gulab jamun

Very good hotel with very polite staff. Not even one complaint and food will come directly to the room. Very comfortable and neet. I came from visakhapatnam for visa interview and stayed in this room. Go for it.

Good business hotel, decent rooms and location. Food available even late arrival. Fast service.

I have recently visited, Had a nice experience. Rooms were specious and well managed, food was also good.

Not worth the nearly 6500 per day that I paid for it. The breakfast on the first day was rubbish the second day was slightly better. I booked it for its location. It's located close to the airport and various medical facilities. They gave me 5 water bottles and tried to charge me for 6. The porters and room-service staff were nice that's why I'm giving them 5-stars. The day-time receptionist needs to be educated on how to talk to guests. He's clueless. I was in room 106. I had fused light bulbs in the bedroom area, toilet. Even the chandeliers in the breakfast area had missing light bulbs. The stairwell is unclean, it doesn't look like they ever clean it. Rusty dustbin in the bathroom that I was afraid to touch. An overhead shower that didn't work. A toilet hose that was leaking at the bottom. I don't enjoy giving bad ratings. I just want normal service. I just want to sleep on a clean bed and get clean non-frayed towels. I know that this is possible. It seems like a lot of hotel owners cannot be bothered to provide that if they continue to make money on their crumbling properties
