My recent experience at JR Ritz Cinema was a bit disappointing. The fast food, particularly the popcorn, had an unexpected bitter taste whenever I ordered it. This is an area that needs immediate improvement to enhance the overall snack offering. Additionally, the sound quality in both Audi theaters was subpar. The lack of crisp audio affected the immersive movie-watching experience. JR Ritz should invest in upgrading their audio systems for a more enjoyable visit. While the cinema building boasts a 3-star rating and impressive size, the ticketing process was lacking. The staff's inability to provide proper information about ticket options was frustrating. Clearer communication is essential to ensure a smoother ticket booking experience for customers. In conclusion, my time at JR Ritz Cinema was a mix of highs and lows. The bitter popcorn, subpar sound quality in the Audis, and the ticketing confusion detracted from the overall experience. I hope JR Ritz takes these points constructively to improve their offerings and provide a more satisfying cinema visit.

Very good moments this theatres after watching to Gaddar2 movies , nice and classic or clean this theatre

Seats are not comfortable. But the theater was clean and hospitality was also very good.

It is a nice place but the audits are not clean after each show and items available in the canteen are not fresh

Audio and screen is nice, sitting is ok.. Need to improve AC in picture hall and waiting area..

Very bad experience. Theatre is not at all clean and they will not provide the seat which are alloted to us. People sit over our seats and they don't even ask people to go to their own seats. Pathetic experience.

Good but cleanliness should be maintaine more ... Overall
