JR Residency - Hotel in Nagapattinam, Thirukadaiyur - Mayiladuthurai, India

I am from Malaysia and stayed with my family for 1 night on 25th Aug 2023 at JR residency Thirukadaiyur branch. The next day 26th morning we packed up and kept all belongings in lobby for the hotel staff to put in our rental car as agreed by him, however that guy forgot and left our clothes (6 days accumulated clothes- unable to wash so we kept in a black plastic bag) at hotel lobby. That Hotel guy should have kept inside our car however he never. We genuinely without noticing left to Madurai after temple prayers and put a halt in Aryaas hotel near Mathuthavani bus stand and when we realized we left the clothes, my driver (local guy) requested a favor to JR Residency hotel management to dispatch the clothes by courier service to Aryaas hotel and I have paid for that. We did received the parcel but few of our clothes were missing . I am not sure who stole our dress but it is sure very cheap thinking of stealing other people's dress. I received those parcel via the professional couriers on 30th Aug 2023 at noon. Whoever stole I would say very very cheap and narrow minded person. How can people simply steal smelly dress ? Disgusting! Will never go to this JR residency again.

Loved the stay at JR residency.. Rooms were neat and clean. Very close to Thirukadiyur temple. Check in time 4 pm and checkout 3 pm.. Extra bed available.. Mosquito free zone.. Hot water available, clean restrooms. Decent room rate. Good to have: hot water, water bottles, door delivery dinner or coffee, Tea, supporting staffs for luggage lifts.

We stayed there for one day but didn't give us the room which was asked for, giving lame excuses. We booked 4 rooms,one month in advance. No bell boys. We had to take our bags up the stairs ourselves. Rooms were not bad and the bathrooms too.

I came with my family to celebrate my in-laws 61st marriage. Booked 2 rooms (1 2bed & 1 3 bed (along with extra bed)). The room was so neat and clean. The water supply and hot water provision was too good. The AC, TV systems are good. Only suggestion is to charge based on pro-data basis since people will not stay for longer time. We actually boarded in at 8:45 PM on the previous day and left at 1:00 on the next day. Or suggestion would be like to provide complimentary breakfast for the same cost. Interested people can opt. Also, the hospitality provided to driver is good. Overall experience is EXCELLENT

One word! Best. The staffs were very friendly. Clean n neat rooms. Mostly importantly it's very very cheap when compared. For 70 members the cost of just 19k. All are AC rooms with TV and hot water facility. We have cottage options also.

Our family with 12 adults and 3 kids stayed for 3 days during this Pongal vacation. It's a Very comfortable and cozy place with wonderful Hospitality. Appreciate Shri Asai Thambi and his family members for their concern. They had even made vehicle s arrangement. Being vacation time since there's no cook, their family member had gone out of way and cooked and arranged food for us. They had planned and packed food too during our outstation travels. Big thanks to their entire TEAM.

One of best hotels near Amirtha kadeswarar temple. Reasonable tariff. Good comfort. Kind and helpful staff.
