JP RESIDENCY - Resort hotel in Yercaud, Sengadu - Salem, India

Price was reasonable. It was a relaxing stay. People are very honest, we lost a golden earring and only realised after we left. When we asked to check the room, the searched and found it. And even couried it to us. Thanks very much to them!

Good for a short stay. Rooms size is extremely small, especially the bathroom is very small. Staff are cooperative and well behaved. Attached restaurant serves descent quality food. The open terrace is a nice thing.

Very poor service, we stayed in royal nest garden, no wifi, no proper power supply, no proper food service. Very worst experience.

room size is too small but clean and neat no bad smell but repeatedly facing power cut issue even though they are having ups backup it is not enough to run a TV only 1 light and 1 fan is running. no intercom facility. but room service is good. foods are very cheap in price and too much tasty. no parking issue and also having a setup for camp fire facility.

I don't ever recommend this place to anyone, rooms are very dirty and very tiny. Service is very bad, they give all false information. No mobile signal or Wi-Fi signal. But while booking if we ask they say all the signals are good at that place. People who work there are irresponsible and not genuine. They will not even refund your money back if the fault is there's. It's mere waste of money and time.

I don't recommend this place, i didn't see the review before I booked. As said in the previous review, the rooms are very dirty and very very small room, don't book by their photos.
