Good and pleasant stay. Staff is also very courteous and prompt. Breakfast buffet spread had good variety and was sumptuous. Few things for improvement - should keep more than one bottle of water in a room per day and some more attention to bedsheet cleanliness is required. Rest everything is nice.
Had a fantastic weekend buffet experience at Joys with my family. The food was excellent, and the service was top-notch. The standout dishes were the Mutton Rogan Josh and Vegetable Biryani. I was so engrossed in enjoying the delicious spread that I forgot to capture any pictures. Highly recommended!

The rooms are tidy.But some how a feeling of a 5star never happened,right from picking our luggage.if this was 3 or 4 star hotel then the facilities and staff and everything is brilliant. my first day of buffet was ok, Dint have a great flavour . The second day was better,more options were there tastier too.The staffs were very cordial especially smiling Arya , chef took our suggestions.hopefully he will include some sausages atleast next time. The staff is good but overall lack the poshness and pamperings of a 5 star. It's a brilliant 3star hotel.
