I really had a great experience at Joyalukkas . The attendent Mrs Vidhi is very knowledgeable and expert which helped us out to select the right ring needed by us. I am really thankful for the warm gesture through out the time from all the staffs.
It is part of a large chain. With high visibility brand ambassadors. And thus, it naturally inspires confidence in genuine metal and in weight (quantity). And that, am guessing, it delivers. But the shopping experience in this outlet is not the most pleasant - not what one would seem to expect from a professional chain like this. For example, the price of silver here is higher than at another reputed retail jeweler like Waman Hari Pethe. And on being pointed out, the sales person dismissively justifies it saying they have a "central" rate and would be higher! Unbelievable attitude for something which one assumes would be equal (based on govt rates) across sellers. Their range of basic silver products - something as simple as coins and small biscuits/bars - is abysmal. Only 10gm coins (with one design which is not attractive - the back has their brand name written all across disproportionately large) and some 25gm bars. That's it! For something which Indians use a lot for gifts for so many occasions! When asked for even plain plastic boxes for the coins, the sales person was not sure whether they would have any. I asked what kind of alternate packaging would they have. No boxes - only drawstring pouches. And the pouches were only of one color - ugly bright pink. I overheard another customer complaining about that too while making her purchase. Have added a photograph of that. I can't imagine a brand which is trying to sell wannabe-designer jewelry is also having such badly designed silver coins and packaging products. They can charge extra if need be - but at least have some esthetically pleasing options. I do not know what their USP is (other than their ostentatious billboards). Their prices are high. Their sales people are dismissive. And their sense/sensitivity about esthetics is close to horrendous.
Good store for focusing your choice. Excellent selections and verieties. Well mannered staff. Environment and ambience suitable for easy and smooth deal.
A big and beautiful store. The staff and service is very nice. They have an array of beautiful jewellery. You will find ample varieties to choose from. The designs are very beautiful. There is no dedicated parking place of the store but you will place to park close by.

I have bought a lot of Jwellery from here because I love their designs ..I have bought a Jwellery of multiple lacs...But now after following up many times the staff is not at all responsive a... Its not like before and I would not like to visit again..They don't need customers and customers have a lot of options in the market ... Very disappointing
