One of the best shop ever I seen ..because the DIAMONDS collections are very very unique and awesome they having very good saving SCHEMES also ..so satisfied by purchased... And the sales man way of explaination are very impressed and the gave additional discounts I can't expect and they explain the diamonds price very neatly and clearly...and the parking area is very nice ...they maintain their restrooms very hygiene

I would have given less than Zero if there was an option.. worst services.. worst quality. I bought a diamond ring from this shop and diamonds came out of the ring in just 3 days.. when I visited them, at first they said they would replace it but the purchase team was already closed. They asked me to visit another branch that is too in a different City, when I say I won't be available for the next day. When I visited them again before the replacement date ended, again they found some other reason to send us back. purely ignorance... if they have quality issues, they should be able to acknowledge at least. The manager is the worst. He was only focused to give some reasons and send us back. This guy doesn't have any guts to upfront and handle the customer. He gave all inputs to his subordinates and then saying I didn't talk to you directly, it was their employee's mistake who conveyed the wrong message. I am wondering how the manager doesn't know the process. When they can't own their mistakes, they can't own their customers. Worst experience in my life. They didn't replace the ring till the end. Fraud. I feel cheated. No quality, No customer service. Wondering how they even suggested me to visit their trichy if they can't even replace their own product. Don't ever go to this shop for diamonds

Went to purchase bangles. Customer service was really good. Sabina showed all the bangles options patiently and took care of all the questions. She also gave couple of options for investment which we opted as well. Overall purchase experience was really good and awesome. Definitely recommend this branch.
