I had a terrible experience; they are taking advantage of people's ignorance of their calculations. I bought a chain, and in exchange, I was going to exchange an old 18-karat gold chain. They said that, even though the chain had hallmarks, they would reduce the price of the gold by 25%. They did this only because we didn't buy the old chain in Joyalukkas; they claimed that this was the only way they would price it. This has been the worst encounter. .
Our family's go-to store to purchase any gold item. Entire staff had been really helpful and especially Mr. Lava Raju makes sure to show the items based on our liking and had been always kind. Kudos to the staff at this branch, we always felt welcome. They even got very good collection over variety of all items and that makes us to visit this store first among all others.
