"During my recent employment as a receptionist at joy in & suites , I had a mixed experience that I feel compelled to share. While the work environment and team members were generally pleasant, I encountered an issue regarding the release of my salary. Regrettably, despite my dedicated service and fulfilling my responsibilities diligently, I have not received my salary from the hotel. I have made numerous attempts to resolve this matter internally, but unfortunately, it remains unresolved. I believe that timely payment of employees is a fundamental aspect of any professional organization, and the lack of transparency and resolution in this matter has been disappointing. I would urge the hotel management to address this issue promptly and ensure that all employees are fairly compensated for their work. I hope that my feedback serves as constructive criticism for the hotel management to improve their processes and ensure the timely release of employees' salaries. I believe that addressing this issue will contribute to a better work environment and the overall success of the hotel. Best location and rooms was very neat and clean. Staff was good and food also tasty. Best value for money I gives 5 star rating.

Specious rooms and very valuable hotel. Supportive and cooperative staff food was delicious and fast service.

Low budget hotel. Rooms are spacious. Average cleanliness. Food is good but too costly. They don't keep menu card in the rooms so check the price before ordering food else you may get a shocker while checkout

Rooms are well organised & having a good space. Visitor's get healthy environment and good services. Once BB mall starts then hoping for more facilities.

poor hotel maintenance. does not deserve a single star. lots of issues in room. AC was not cooling so had to change room which the hotel initially declined and offered a lower category room. only on intervention of goibibo customer care, they changed the room. Then 2nd room too had issues. AC water was leaking inside washroom which kept the washroom all wet. blinds were faulty, fridge was not working, room service very poor and had to be called multiple times then they would come once. all this at a price they don't deserve. very poor maintenance.

service are very good.. staff are also supporting. Safe and stay good.... staff and food are also good..

Disappointing, at first it looks good, feels good but when it comes to service, all i can say is Disappointing. They dont provide any kit, like shower kit,brush and toothpaste, cream etc. There is shower gel dispenser but it doesn't work. Hot and cold water system is very poor, you can't use hot shower in winters. Charges are very high for tea and snacks. Food is ok ok, not very good. And the lock system also doesn't work some time.
