Recently me and my family visited Dubai and wanted to share my experience with Journey Cart but before that let me first thank Journey Cart and Priyanka Vichare for making our trip memorable and hassle free. So, coming to the point, recently I booked my family and mine travel plan for 4 days with Journey Cart and here is how my experience was. Like most of us, even I was spectacle about how to go manage things on a foreign land keeping in mind the budget and at the same time not miss out on fun. Luckily, I was contacted by Journey Cart team and after a lot of thought and discussion, I finally decided to take the service as it seemed reasonable in every aspect. So, after making the payment, we received a mail from Journey Cart which clearly explained my travel details like Pick up time, Approx. activity time, date of activity and other necessary details. After landing in Dubai- Day 0- Since we had our relatives living in Dubai, we did not opt for pick up and drop from airport from Journey Cart. I was added to a WhatsApp group which had my organizer (from India), my Trip coordinator in Dubai and A person for contact in emergency. This group was used to share driver details and be in touch with all. The amazing thing was pick up and drop was done right from the address provided even when it was SIC basis. Day 1 - (Desert Safari) We had desert safari planned for the day. The driver was right on time as mentioned on ticket. He was polite and we really enjoyed the day. Day 2 - (Visit to Burj Khalifa and Dubai Aquarium) - Same as above, driver was on time just below our building and everything went as smooth as it could be Day 3 - (Visit to IMG world of Adventure & Dinner on Dhow Cruise)- Last day of the trip :( but the best one. Thoroughly enjoyed the day. It was excellent to say the least. All things well explained in detail over e-mail and call. The best part was there was no hidden things (you hate it when they say this charge is additional in the middle of the trip). Yes, there were few glitches but not major enough to highlight. Overall my family enjoyed every moment of the trip and that's what really matters right? So again, thanks team and next time I expect some discount for my trip :P
