Jothydev's Diabetes Hospital & Research Center - Hospital in Attingal - Thiruvananthapuram, India

In general Jyotidevs services received from their Trivandrum city centre is good but the attitude and rude behaviour of Dr Ashwin in Attingal center is terrible. Not sure, if they have a proper grievances addressing mechanism exists as the complainant reported to them about doctor Ashwin fell on deaf ears. Pls avoid this doctor.

I have diabetes family history. Was taking tablets for around 10 years and developed fatty liver, creatin blood pressure and blood sugar levels were not under control. After examining thoroughly, I was advised insulin in combination with tablets. Now for the last 5 years sugar level is under control and HBA1C is around 6.5. No more fatty liver. Creatin substantially reduced. Timely food, dieting, moderate exercise and prescribed medication keep me far better. Thanks to Jyothidev clinic and their doctors and other staff.

Utmost care was given to my mom. Tele- follow up was done on time and very professional approach from the whole team. Terrible customer service.Staff were rude, arrogant or lazy or had a negative attitude. A lack of care and compassion, such as staff not doing enough to ensure the patient was comfortable. * Staff not keeping patients well informed. * Inadequate response to requests or complaints. * Long waits before or between appointments, including delays.
