Pros:
1) It's situated on main road and have ample parking on road.
2) The restaurant is apparently neat and clean.
3) The food items are priced very nominally and quantity is decent.
4) They also accept payment via paytm/phonepe.
5) We tried tea, pakodi and aalu paratha. Everything was good and their aalu paratha is basically aalu naan and it's very light and you don't feel heavy after eating them.
6) Staff is very humble.
7) Views from the restaurant balcony are also good.
Cons:
1) You have to stick to google map to find this exact place because they don't have any board to specify their name.
Conclusion: Overall it's a nice place to eat and it's typical desi style roadside restaurant.

Pure vegetarian restaurant. Has Thali system. Roti or chapati served hot, they have Bhatti for roti. Unlimeted food in thali system. Packed water available here. Also has chocolates and other cold drinks. Has parking space beside road and has clean tap water. If you are in group than the owner round up the bill to the nearest hundred. Has very prompt service for thali because they had prepare it before, like subji, dal.
Food is not that delicious. It is like when a taxi stops here u have to eat something
Found this place 3 years ago while travelling to Bageshwar.
A decent pahadi dhaba stay put between Himalayan forest. (As far as I remember) one can see a river flowing next to it.
We stopped here for a quick refreshment of chai and pakora (which was amazing).
You can see this place when your car climbs up Bageshwar valley.
To be precise this place is in a village named Takula.
This is one of the area where you can have a bit good meal. There are lots of things needs to be improved, implemented. Liquid hand wash is the basic hygiene area where restaurant is far away. Its over crowded restaurant, Hans services are impacted accordingly.
When you are traveling between Bageshwar to Almoda, taxi drivers stop here for food, view is nice and the food is okay.
One of best restaurant if you want to taste kumaoni local food. great value for money restaurant. This is away from main takula city. You can enjoy walking in near by field also to enjoy local village steps farming field.
