Personally I like this gym very much, gym coach provides very good training, he ensures that more than interest, body fitness is all about mindset and it comes with dedication and consistency. He guides me with natural weightloss process rather than using supplements. Particularly makes me feel very comfortable during workout. His words made me workout with good mindset and also experiment with my food habits and change my perspective towards weightloss. Fee is very reasonable and he is always there in gym to guide you and assist you.

Josh bro have different workouts for each muscle group which has been interesting and effective for my muscle growth. He will make sure we are doing in proper form .if u are looking for a gym with affordable price this can be ur best choice in the locality. he will give you diet plans according to your physique .I used to go to gym at 6.00 in the morning and he will be there before us .He will not force you to take supplements like other trainers do but if you want to he has proper dealers so you need not worry about fake dealers. You will see improvements surely if ur consistent in this process.

Trainer Josh bro always available at gym. he used to train well and motivate everyone every time mainly he was so friendly and kind person. His workout schedule is so effective and easily transforms the muscles . He also gives food chart for diet it helps us to maintain our diet and help to reduce fat.

After the lockdown since the fitness stuff was going crazy on internet I wanted to join a mid range gym with an affordable price and good training program. JOSH FITNESS STUDIO was perfect in terms of price, training and less crowd, I was very satisfied with it after looking at 3-4 gyms in the same area. The trainer(Josh) was very kind and he has a good knowledge on workouts and diet charts. He is well aware of micro nutrients, calories and maintenance calories, the diet chart he made for me was working great. He's also aware whether a person should opt for calorie deficit(fat loss) or calorie surplus(bulking) or both(body recomposition) according to their body type. And the best thing is, like other trainers he never forces anyone to buy a supplement and he NEVER suggests anyone to take steroids or any other drug unless you're competing on stages. If you want a supplement he also has contacts of genuine sellers so you don't have to be afraid of fake products. You will definitely see results if you follow proper workout routine and diet plans given by the trainer. It takes time for your body to transform so please don't expect drastic results in a short period of time. I have been hitting this gym for like a year now and I would totally suggest this gym for anyone who is interested in fitness.
