The terrible shopping experience, these idiots took 2.5 hours to help me with one gold bracelet. It seems like they don't care for every customer equally, they only give priority to people willing to spend a lot of money. Terrible store, please take the business to someone who is not stupid.
Very poor customer service.
Me and my wife went last month for purchase kids ring on the josco showroom thruvalla. No one is greeted us or guided while entered and we gone to one lady staff, she informed us to go to next counter and wait. Long time waited and nothing happened. last we gone to Kalyan and purchase the gold. Josco staffs should be go to Joy alukkas or Kalyan or Bhima to learn customer service.
Be careful about the tricks of weight game. There was a difference in the weight mentioned in the bill and weight shown by weighing machine. I Had a dispute and they paid me back the additional amount they took from me due to discrepancy after a bit of fight. I am sure there might be several people getting cheated in same way. They charge fixed making charge around 22% and i was shocked when I saw the final bill. The discount given was very small (0.45%) . No Josco shopping anymore:(
We had a very bad shopping experience..
The behaviour of the staff towards the customer was very unprofessional, we went there for purchasing a couple ring and he (staff) is not much intresting in showing more and keep reminding us about the closing time as it's around 6:20pm so we left and went to another jewelry nearby.
However, the shop is spacious and well maintained and have ample parking space too.

I am a satisfied customer of Josco thiruvalla branch. Staffs are cooperative and their interactions are nice. I would like to mention especially about two of their staffs, Krishnadas and Sanjo are really nice staffs. Customer service that they provided was exccellent.
