Few years back sorry to say that I had bad experience with josco T. B road. Customer service is extremely poor. If we are looking for more variety salesman rude behaviour made us disppointed.They are not all responding properly as they thinks that working for free. Firstly make appointments of salesman who behaves decently to customers. I strongly recommend not to purchase anything from josco Tb road

Very poor service from the staff. Especially salesman and billing staff. They are behaving very rudely. Not giving respect. Yesterday i went to there purchase bangle, i didn't get expected service from there. I will nerver purchase from any josco outlets and i will never recommend to others. Poor quality of service...

I have been purchasing since the last 10 yrs. I find the pricing to be correct.i am happy with their service and found no flaws till now.

Customer service very poor felt like a typical government office atmosphere.staff is just doing there job for the sake of a job...they doesnt understand the competition in the market ,if they behave this way no body is going to come again.

Good place to purchase gold jewellery ..the was customer service was excellent and it's situated at the heart of the Palakkad town with good parking space
