Bad experience with my wedding ring. Showcased a model(named 'happy') and delivered a ring that's without any finishing. The frustrating thing is that they just don't agree with that huge difference which is right in front of their eyes. Never going back even though that's not gonna make a difference to them. Very pathetic service afterall.
Another matter is their making charges. Not justified to the jewelry that they showcase.
