Jos allukas Jayanagar 3 Rd block store: The worst experience of the day: extremely high making costs. We went to another showroom right before visiting jos allukkas, and the making charges there were significantly different for the same product. We didn't purchase from the other showroom because we were primarily seeking for a bangle, and we weren't able to find the size we wanted. When we explained this to the salesman, he was very polite and made an effort to match the other show room's prices. We were about to bill the product and a man--possibly the manager--appeared out of nowhere. He made light remarks and used light language when the salesman mentioned that we were coming from a different store which had price differences. We didn't even speak with the person directly; we were just interacting with the salesman. Nevertheless, he still spoke up and made some really offensive statements, which is unprofessional. I can state that these employees lack proper training to handle customers and are no skilled. Listening to such statements we decided to just walk out of the store. After returning home and sharing my experience, I heard that a family member had a similar experience in the same store a few weeks earlier(we are not sure if he was the same person). I can say that if jos allukkas is not focused on such behaviors from staff, they will easily lose many customers, at least two of us in my circle. We will never return to this store. Note: We didn't try to haggle; instead, we simply told them the same product was available for less. The salesperson tried lowering the price right away, and believe me, there was a significant difference. One thing to keep in mind is 1.We would have suffered loss if we had been unaware of the product's true cost. 2.We had a very polite conversation with the salesman without wasting their time, haggling, or pressuring them. In light of everything, do we really deserve such a negative experience and such respect from the store?

Excellent collection and a reasonably good / affordable price point. Friendly staff too. Mr. Sandeep VM was very cordial and helped us narrow in on a good chain / collection. Thank you Jo's Alukkas team. Mr Pride instantaneously agreed to the price point which made both our day. Happy Diwali

It's a phenomenal place to shop gold and silver. The guys in the showroom and very helpful and humble. Excellent variety and lot of designs to choose from! Definitely recommend to visit the Jayanagar showroom. Mr pride Is an awesome person to meet!

Satisfied with the warmth of service extended right from the entrance till the billing. They have good variety of ornaments in gold, silver, diamond, platinum. Though the designs are more suited to Kerala. We ordered a customized ornament, which was delivered timely. Mr. Arun Krishnan was very helpful to us in selecting the designs. He is a great salesperson. Overall a great experience.
