Worst customer service ever.I will never recommend anyone to buy gold or diamond from Jos alukkas.I went to buy a pair of second stud for me.Initially the salesman was treating me well because they wanted me to purchase from diamond section. But I took one from the gold section by exchanging my old gold.The making charge is more while comparing jos allukas with other jwellery shops.
