The edges of their set up are very sharp, it cut the ankle of my kid. What's more shocking is that the staff didn't care a bit when we asked to take care of it for the future. It doesn't end here, they did not have a first Aid kit and I was laughed at by the staff for asking one. Service over business, hope they realise one day before writing a ten page answer that the staff is trained and everything is perfect!
Very poor service...Very lethargy the workers are. Actually v selected few rings suddenly one worker came and took all of that and replaced in the showpiece area and v were waited for more than an hour, the worker there keep on searching for models for a long time.very very poor customer satisfaction... I strongly recommend plz don't waste time there if they don't respond properly... No one is going for timepass to purchase jewel i think.this they should keep in mind... They should train workers how to communicate..
patience and neat assistance by sales person. initially he said 19% VA but then came bargaining person with pathetic attitude, quoted jewellery cost + 23% VA, and without bargain he reduced the VA to 19%. I asked for 15%. They lost me for just INR 1000. While some customers might haggle, others accept the given rate. Here more than money their putting off attitude made me not to buy. No more joy alukas
