They have very good collection of jewels and the discounts on making charges are excellent. 3 stars for that and reducing 2 stars for the attitude of the salesmen. The guy asked me a question whether I am really purchasing or not. It irked me, however politely bought my jewel as my wife liked it. The store managers should a bit educate the salesmen to use words carefully.
We love their collection of jewellery. The place is always busy even though there are enough salesperson still you have to wait a few minutes. They do help you but sometimes communication can be challenging if you don't speak their local language/Malayalam.
We had visited many times to this branch...we had very good experience with employees, especially Mr. Sandesh helped us in showing different designs with so much patience ... He spent enough time with the customer.. Thank you each and everyone for the support
