I'm a regular at Jos Alukkas store. The team here is very courteous and helpful. They show you all designs with a lot of patience. Special mention about Venkat at Kukatpally store. Very soft spoken and helpful. Customer satisfaction is their motto and they live by it. Thanks Jos Alukkas

Today purchased gold bangles from here, this is the 5th time we are going for this store. We had a wonderful past experience with them but today their customer receiving is worst ever and particularly the sales person who is showing the items is very sarcastic not even respecting the customer. Today my mom visited the store, he might thought cracking up jokes on the innocent customers who think this store is trustworthy is his prime job. Better try for movies !! Don't be in the service role where you need to respect every customer. Finally if the management continues to hire these kind of guys, it will loose his trust in the near future. One more thing if the management want to check my purchases, please check with my name in your database.

Designs were good, but staff was least interested. We were just sitting there for 20 mins while there were just 2 customers. I have been to Jos Alukkas many times in Punjagutta and had very great experience. But this i literally wanted to leave the store for their expressions and attitude. But my wife was interested in designs so i was very patient. Never going to this store again.

They have amazing collections (particularly kphb branch),iam the regular customer to jos alukkas since 8+ years and all the staff are really polite and helpful. Venkat has been very helpful throughout our purchase and he got us the best designs and discounted rates. Shabaz is one more person who helps us to select good designs.Thank you Team.... Overall purchase experience is excellent..looking forward to purchase lot more...

Went to this show room today . Very few customers were there. Even though no one came to attend us Or ask us what we wanted.i donno if the management is checking this. They have enough time to attend the customers but still they behave very lazy and not at all cared . We will never plan here again as we could see many jewelry showroom who takes care of customers.i would like to remind that no customer wanted to come here and timepass.

Very nice collection. I am purchasing gold ornaments in jos alukkas since 11 years. No disappoiment till now. Sales person Venkat ramana is having very patience while dealing customers.

Great collections even in less gold weight. Staff is too good, they show as many as designs with so much patience. Overall it's a pretty good experience whenever I visit Josalukkas KPHB store.

So friendly and nice to purchase with Jos Alukkaas has a lot number of models but Small suggestion is to increase modern style of articles.
