I am an online customer who placed order with this restaurant and I am writing this review after placing approx 7 online orders. 1) my first order was spaghetti chicken which was amazing. 2) Veg Spaghetti, they reduced the food quantity to half than what was given in my first order (idk may be they ran out of spaghetti) 3) chicken spaghetti third order, again the quantity got even lesser that it was not enough to be served for one person. (4,5,6 orders were Hummus with pitta and Noodles which was again was bland and tasteless and I had to dump in the bin) 4) my 7th order I ordered Falafel with Hummus ( they didn't not send Hummus smartly they sent me plain mayonnaise) Just because this restaurant is a Marriott restaurant possibly they think they can give worst service to online customers or they can outsmart. They think they can replace food items randomly than what was ordered by the customer . Imagine replacing Hummus with plain Mayonnaise who does that? A restaurant that's part ofMarriott? Seriously? I wouldn't recommend this restaurant which doesn't not value its online customers. Either they reduce the quantity or they randomly keep something instead of the original item that was ordered. I have given multiple chances looks like they will continue with the bad service. No more orders with them.

Overall it was a decent place with outdoor seating with a large screen. It serves food with alcohol also. Ambience wise it was very good and a open seating gives a good time for family and friends. Food wise it was an average taste compare to the prices in the other same range restaurants. Service was also little late comparatively. Getting the bill they almost took more than 15mins and need to remind them always. But overall it's a once try place.

Very very tasty food and the ambience was preety nice and wide range of dishes.. Very nice to come with family and friends.. Good service with good food quality.. The desserts are highly recommended

This is my 2nd time in JK & probably last time. Tried variety of items from menu and honestly Not very impressed with the food taste. It isn't like bad taste but comparing other fine dining options around, this will lose out the battle. I loved their Pasta though. And the Mediterranean sumac grilled chicken was absolutely below par (couldn't even appreciate the pita and hummus). Another thing I would like to point out is that while booking through zomato, I did mention special occasion as birthday but there was no effort from the restaurant to do anything special.

Had team dinner here at Jonathan's Kitchen. Outdoor setup is good for the people who want to drink and enjoy the party mood. Liked starters and the mutton biryani here. Definitely a nice dine experience for me. Weekends can be crowded, advise you to book the table in advance to avoid any delays.

I recently dined at Jonathan's Kitchen and while the atmosphere was undeniably fantastic, I was somewhat disappointed by the food. As a reputed five-star hotel, I had higher expectations in terms of the culinary experience. The dishes fell short of the standard one would typically associate with a star hotel. The service, on the other hand, was satisfactory. Hope the restaurant focuses on improving the quality and taste of their dishes to match their exceptional ambiance. With some enhancements to their food offerings, I believe Jonathan's Kitchen has the potential to provide a truly outstanding dining experience in the future.

First experience after few recommendation, totally disappointed seeing flies on food and on table environment. After conveying same to the managers/staff, the food (as in pic) was still on its place for its customer to eat. Hygiene factor was missing which made us disappointed. Not recommended restaurant.
