Doctors are good. But nurses needs to be more trained to act swiftly and be active in treating patients. Seems like talking stories and chit chatting and slowness at work. Please address these issues which is most important for patients. For them we might be one of the patient but for us it's our family.

Emergency patients unit should be maintained silent. Cleaning and arranging works are disturbing the patients so much that it's very to difficult to rest up. Please address this issue.

Dr.John is one of the most professional physicians I've met.He's a great listener, asks the right questions, and is genuinely concerned about his patient's well-being. I was suffering from a bad flu and uncontrollable cough. After this visit and the right medication, I was better in no time. Good treatment given for cold and fever. I recovered soon. Very good follow up by staffs. Best 24 hours hospital in semabakkam with reasonable fees

Hospital administration is very bad, they don't have experienced doctors and nurses. They are taking 4k for general ward and 6k for special ward but their facilities are bad. AC is not working and water leakage in special ward but they are not reducing a single penny. Fully money minded people especially the receptionist. One of my friend recommended Dr. John and I went to this hospital on emergency for my father in law. They asked us to take admission and waiting for allotting room for more than 1.5 hours but the receptionist is busy speaking to others and she is not checking with the ward people whether room is available or not. She only wants money from us. In OP, I gave my file and waiting for more than 45 mins thinking doctor or nurse call me and not called me. then I went and saw both doctor and nurse are chatting other topics and they not even saw my file. The nurses are freshers and they don't know how to put IV also. They don't have any ward boy to push the wheel chair or stretcher. Everything patient attender has to do. They don't have a pen to fillup the forms and they don't even have a print out of room rents.. they are still displaying the charges through hand written notes. They have ambulance but driver is in leave. They are charging 1500 per day as doctor fees but Dr.John is charging extra. If we ask then they are saying John is consultant and his fees are additional. This hospital is running with 4 to 5 patients only and most of them are coming and moving to another hospital for better treatment like us. Please don't go this hospital, they are fully money minded with 0 facilities and unexperienced doctors and nurses.

It was an excellent care and service provided by Jolen Hospital. We are happy about the treatment and wat they treat us. I would highly recommend everyone for this hospital. Even though they have a schedule planner for each specialty they will arrange and provide you the treatment accordingly. Thanks Jolen Hospital for the care!!

I recently had to visit Jollen Hospital for a minor procedure and I have to say that my experience was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They took the time to explain every step of the process to me and answer all of my questions, which really put me at ease. The facility itself was clean and modern, with state-of-the-art equipment and technology. My procedure went smoothly and I felt well taken care of by the nursing staff. They checked on me regularly to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.

Very neatly maintained hospital. I have been associated with this hospital as an on call dentist for the past 4 months. The facilities here are excellent especially the OT. It's very clean and sterile and the staff nurses are doing an excellent job to keep it clean. The services provided here are very good. The In patient facilities are also good. The rooms given for the patients are very neat and sufficient . Doctors are doing excellent service here and also they are not money minded. Keep going!!!
