The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The pool was sooo good and maintained soo well. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone. Sanjay and two boys are very good and soo helping. I love the place and we visit again. Thank you.....

The place is a little tricky to find, however our host gave us the coordinates prior to our visit. We booked the place via AirBnb. The place has 3bhk and 4bhk villas within the same compound with a common pool in between. None of the villas have a functional kitchen , however they have a common kitchen that serves food for the cafe and for the guests at the villas. The place is moderately maintained, has good ambiance, quiet and is comfortable. The staff is polite and supportive. A great place to stay for couples, friends and family.

The property is not managed properly and very unhigenic. Food order takes 2 hours despite having a proper kitchen in Compound. The room cleaning happens in evening that too after many requests.The villa location is far from the market and ordering food from outside posses an operational challenge. Request you all not to opt for this Villa... it will ruin your vacation.

Felt like i was scammed for my money, no proper amenities in the villa , the beds were not comfortable and neither were the blanket, there were alot of power cuts and there was no smooth transition to the generator for electricity, there never was water in the morning in the taps , the charging Ports in the rooms didn't used to work , there were alot of insects and ants in the rooms and kitchen, over would give it an 1/10 , no upto the mark, the picture on air bnb app are exaggerated and didn't match the pictures ! highly unsatisfied

This is one of the best boutique resort in Goa. The property is maintained well and very peaceful with limited crowd. Pool is very clean. Best suited for gang of boys. Recommend
