Johnson's Homestay Ecohouseboat - Home Stay in Alappuzha - Alappuzha, India

We really had a good stay at Johnson uncle homestay. We reached very late around 1am but uncle welcomed us politely. He arranged a boathouse for us which we really enjoyed.. staff in the boathouse are very polite.

Average rooms, need maintainance. Service was great as Mr. Johnson himself came out of the way to highway to pick us up however we had a medical issue during early morning and requeted hot water, he refused the same stating that he is sleeping. Location is good as it is 10 15 mins walk from beach

We were 14 people in 4 big rooms. We enjoyed and Johnson sir's hospitality was very very good. The humble man stayed and met us with a smile even after we arrived late. They arranged an excellent breakfast. And even tough we came at a busy time in Alappuza, Johnson Sir arranged a wonder boat house for us. We are grateful. And we will return.

Great stay at Johnson's homestay. We had a nice stay in the homestay, where my kids played with Aaryan, Johnson's child. But the amazing part of our stay was their houseboat. Relaxing, good food, polite staff. We are recommending our family members to Johnson.

I had the nicest stay! Johnson and his Team are super warm people amd gave me a home away from home. Friendly Kind and helpful. The rooms are good and the bathrooms are pretty spacious.

The rooms were exactly as described and shared on video with. Mr.Johnson was very communicative and prompt too. However, the rooms are best suited for students or single travellers, won't recommend it for families. Found the stairs dangerous for young children (we had one).

Price is affordable. Hot water facility is available. Friendly pet dogs are there. Rooms are vey good and clean with a balcony too. Hospitality is good. A bit far from bus stop. The route to Alleppey beach is walkable distance (1km) from here. Railway station is also nearby (1.5km approx).

Y'a qu'a lire la derniere reponse du proprietaire sur google " French citizens are not welcome in my house". Je suis arrivee sur le lieu et deja le proprietaire ne semblait pas heureux que je vienne de France. Ils m'ont montre la chambre qui sentait tres fort le moissi et etait tres vetuste. J'etais seule, ils ne m'ont pas mis a l'aise et ils m'ont oppresse. J'ai refuse la chambre et je me suis excusee disant que je me sentais pas tres a l'aise ici. Et la on m'a clairement remballe violemment. L'emplacement semblait en effet en plein milieu de la ville mais sans grand interet.
