John's Residency. - Hotel in Ernakulam - Ernakulam, India

24h front desk is great, it had a roof so it didn't rain on the beds provided. Thats it. The room was atleast or more the temperature of the outside, 2/5 windows had mosquito nets the emotionless robot proudly presented and told us not to open the other ones, yet, the room was filled with mosquitos. The bathroom had no warm water. Nice public balcony for having a smoke.

*Rooms were good with functional AC *Ventilation is not available much *Bathrooms are small but good though *No drinking water facility *Outside food not allowed *Alcohol not allowed *Recommended for family as it is out of chaos

Arrives a 5 a.m et accueillis avec le sourire ! Les chambres sont simples et propres . Nous y avons sejourne 5 nuits, 2 personnes 2 chambres. L'endroit est central, pres de l'embarcadere pour Fort Kochi. Il y a de bons petits restaurants alentours et un marchand de bon the juste en face. Je recommande.

The only Hotel in South India without warm water. Haha.

Present in one of the prime location in the city with a heartwarming welcoming host Mr. John himself, the man of character and he was caring for us till we checked out. We had an early check in at 7:00am and he accepted that, whereas any other place in town would have made you wait or charged you more. The place has a curfew at 10:30pm. But he waited for us till 10:45pm to let us finish the dinner, he believed in his customers and I'm sure I'll stay there once again when I visit kochi. When your customer service is good, you would find them loyal to you.

Rooms are looking good with average amenities no proper ventilations, drinking water are not provided charging for that separately small parking for 2 cars

Pas de superflu : un lit sans autre meuble. Seule raison d atterri la etait que pour le 31 decembre tous les autres hotels etaient pleins. En plus les chambres qui sont sur la coursive sont bruyantes a cause de la rue.

I stayed with my family on 14 May 2022. Let me explain what I felt there. Positive and Negative comments. Positive Comment. 1) The room is big size( we took the A/c deluxe room 1800 Rs). 2) Peace ful atmosphere. Negative Comments. 1) No hot water is available even in Family A/c deluxe Room. 2) Bed, bed sheet and all furniture are too old. 3) No carpet infront of toilet. 4. Old model TV and A/c are in deluxe room. Many tv chanels are not subsribed.
