I had the most terrible experience ever. The moment I stepped onto the floor, I was greeted by a foul odor. When I entered the room, it was equally smelly, and there were mosquitoes. I requested room freshener, and they provided a plastic bottle with a hole, containing what seemed like a cleaning solution, claiming it was mosquito spray. Furthermore, the pillow cover appeared unwashed, and it took three calls before they finally replaced it.My brother tried to adjust the soiled pillow cover, but they insisted we pay for the alleged damage, despite our insistence that it was already dirty when we arrived, and we didn't cause the staining. Usually, receptionist should be welcoming the guests with a smile, but here they don't even know to smile. The attraction of the hotel was not so welcoming because of the 2 receptionist women. We don't do this often but the people here made us to give a baddest review.

We stayed there in many rooms for my brother's wedding. I have nothing to say about the rooms. But when I left I couldn't find one of my expensive stuffs. Mr. Murugan was really really helpful and kept trying to look for it. Absolutely amazing. He was very kind and helpful. If you ever stay in this lodge, please look for him. He's the best. The five star review is only for him. Thank you !!!!

very worst, i am writing this review staying in this hotel, all the reviews written are 100% true, they start the room cleaning only post your payment, and they claim the room is clean, bathrooms are not washed properly, full of mosquitos, linen is not washed, no water provided, no hot water inthe evening hours and what not, just because the hotel is opposite to bus stand dont get cheated by the looks and name. it worst than a local lodge. No hospitality, VERY WORST.

They are not professionals. The hotel means hospitality but they do not have it. No politeness in Staff. Worst experience in Check in n check out. During check in I was filling out the form they asked for is proof I have provided then immediately asked for 100% advance, and room was not properly cleaned even bedsheet too. They are only provided RO water. It was early morning without any argument I was asleep. Day spent in my work and in the evening came to check out their assistant came with a photo n showed the bleeding on the bedsheet, which was totally intolerable I told am I girl or having periods? Finally they release the bill otherwise they are ready to charge for it. Strongly recommended to not stay.

This place is pathetically run. Horrible maintenance. Dark alleys on each floor. Stained bed and bed covers. I wouldnt recommend this place for any d cent family stay. Except for its location, there is absolutely nothing worth talking about.

Cockroaches in the room. Very poor maintenance. Rooms are dirty, stinky & dark. The receptionist is always busy. Even the water you get in the bathroom is dirty. Not good for kids. As.people keep smoking all over the passage.

I recently stayed at Hotel John's Lodge, and I must say I was quite disappointed with my experience. The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired; the walls were dirty, and the bed and pillows were far from clean. Safety was also a concern as the windows were not secure, even when locked, which was unsettling. I requested a room change, but it didn't improve the overall experience. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and works on improving the quality of their accommodations.

one of the worst Hotel i have ever seen my life, poor amenities and lack of issues then worst maintenance. am strongly recommending don't choose this hotel, it's useful for unmarried couple not for families
