Rented a Himalayan from them back in 2019 (yes, this review has been long overdue). Very cooperative. The lady there had the bike prepped up and ready (including new clutch, tyres, oil service etc.) Rode to Amritsar > Srinagar > Kargil > Leh > Manali > Delhi. 15 days (+2500kms) on the bike and never had any mechanical issue.
Had a minor mishap during the trip. Ended up cracking the windscreen, and couple of bits. They charged me to replace those (which is understandable). I felt the charges were reasonable as I went to bike parts shop in the area, to check the parts prices.
Overall, great experience and I definitely recommend them
Very professionnel and friendly. Ashish open just for us on monday (it's their day off) to rent us a motorbike. They tuned it as we requested (add luggage rack, change footpeg..) with no aditionnal cost.
Overall the bike run perfect, we just lost the front light on the highway, but they didn't charged us for that since it was not our fault.
Rana (Ashish mother) arranged us a taxi to go to the airport when we returned the bike !

Best car rental service in Delhi, Very customer friendly. Nice bikes. We took the bike for 6 day trip - Delhi - Haridawar-Rishikesh- Manali-Atal tunnel-sisu village. Bikes are very smooth and well maintained.

Very welcoming, friendly and accommodating. They have a lot of knowledge and are happy to share it. We went there to buy two bikes to drive back to Sweden and was very well taken care of. We had a lot of questions and they had a lot of answers. Not only did they help us get a hold of good bikes and equip them for the long trip, they also put together a kit with tools and spare parts necessary for the trip AND gave us practical lesson on how to repair the bikes.

Best place to rent bikes in Dehli, they have extended Choice of Royal Enfield. I rent a bike for few days to go and see Taj Mahal, beautiful drive in country side. What an amazing experience to see India by the roads.

Get your bike here.. Twice now I have rented an RE classic 500 and had no problems. The bikes are well maintained and reliable, have done 2 trips around northern India and the bikes have performed faultlessly.

Rana is all nice words at the beginning. But when you start having problems, she stops replying and does never acknowledge a mistake. Horrible experience, two years after purchasing it she couldn't manage to get the papers done. Avoid this unprofessional place at all costs.
