Amazing facilities, very good staff, the place offers a lot for the price they charge be it rooms, the facilities, bar etc gonna be revisiting for sure.
They do not have any parking available. The place is not maintained well. We went for chess tournament and it was pathetic service.
no cleanliness, bathroom is a mess, water leaking from basin, taps not fixed, water does not drain, foul smell in the lift and corridor...
Swimming pool - Very unclean and a breeding ground for mosquitoes. In spite of requesting the receptionist to check on it, he did not bother to do anything. Not a good place for kids to swim.
Reception and service can improve. Very hospitable people. It would be nice if rooms are checked before occupation to ensure, working of all lights, AC, telephone, rather than asking for them. In view of its good location we found it to be good.
