Nice place for a family outing on a holiday.. Jodia waterfall or bilpuri waterfall is 7km from Dharampur. You need to trek about 1-1.5kms to reach this waterfall. You'll find rush here on public holidays in mansoon. On other days, you'll not find creature here. So, be prepared for that. Come with food and water from home. Some villagers provides vada-pav and some snacks. I went there on 15th August and there was ample crowd. We went lesser crowded uphill waterfall. Overall enjoyed the scenery and bathing in fall.
Best time is to visit is during monsoon, else it barren area. Long uphill trekking to get there. Google map shows road upto bilipudi temple but only 4WD/AWD vehicles can reach there, no proper road. Narrow kaccha road. Destination is beautiful but journey tires you.
It's the best place for family picnic. You park the vehicle 2 km away from the waterfall and take a walk enjoying the natural beauty... (Chk out my pics) I would advise you to reach there asa possible to avoid the crowd. It's place for bathing under the waterfall. One must carry extra clothes... The villagers are kind enough to let you change the clothes at their home, though we have some money for their generosity (they didn't ask)
Good place for some adventures ... Fall is usually small and water flows mainly during monsoon. Good for a half day outing... Good place for photography and make sure to bring food and drinks along your voyage. Too much rush out here on holidays...
Its pretty remote area. Rush on Sunday only. Mostly people visit it in Shravan. The road that leads to the waterfall is trickier. There is narrow road from main highway that leads to bottom of the mountain. Then comes the kachha road with 20 to 30 degree steep to ride the vehicle.Once you park near temple move by foot approx 10 minutes to waterfall. Try to visit the mountain top ... its quite beautiful from there....
A very beautiful place, Interesting place to visit in monsoon for those who love water fall as well as nature beauty. Lush green Land surface addind more beauty in monsoon... At some height place...Good Amount of flow in monsoon where anyone can enjoy. A family visit place... Awesome...
One day trip to this place is way to go.. The best time to visit is in monsoon...the land is covered with lots of greenery its treat for an eye.. There are two Water fall is one is on top of mountain and other is followed by the one...you can take your private vehicle bike or car up to a certain point and then there is a walking of 1-2 km to reach here..
Just loved it.. its a family waterfall..safe n beautiful..there's around 1 n half kms of trek from the road towards the fall ..
