Worst experience.......very rude staff. Salesmen are not supporting. He is talking very arrogantly. I just told him show me some Vest. He said speak loudly. So again i told him that show me some Vest. That time he said me " jor se bolo khaanaa naahii khaayaa kyaa?" ( Speak loudly , haven't you eaten?)....... Is this way to talk with customers?? I have complained about him to manager. He also listened to me and just ignored.

Worst service by a saleswoman who literally sulks to show the product and always insists us to buy the costliest and fails to show budget friendly variants. Pls check before billing as they give us used products which are stained .

Staff were good and professional. They helped us in selection of buying good quality products. Separate trial room for men and women.

Pathetic experience...I have Beena regular customer of this store for the past few years...but, recently in a purchase of mine, they billed me an item, but didn't deliver it. When I went and asked, they said that their stocks are closed and the said item has been delivered. I was the one who bought it, if it isn't with me or at my home, then where would it had been? This store and the people's attitude here doesn't deserve a single star...I complained to Jockey customer care about 15 days back about this issue. Now, they cooly say that there isn't any mistake with the store. Terrible customer service Jockey...Liars and thieves...will never buy a Jockey again

One of the worst experiences I have ever had!!! The sales people in the showroom don't care about the customer when they come in to the shop rather they keep talking to themselves and cracking jokes. Highly not recommended!!

Very worst experience they don't know how to talk with client nd i have been all brand nd non brand showroom everyone have trail but ths they don't give trail but they have trail room for wht??? Don't treat client depend on there dressing sense

The only purpose of visiting stores rather than buying online is to get their suggestions and seeing the fitting. They don't suggest properly, for any questions they just say they don't know. And I can't try out the clothes (shirts and pants also). Then at least they should suggest the fitting. They just want to sell. I bought a tshirt for 1500 and it was quite loose.
