Best clothing brand since generations. Original Jockey showroom in Gajuwaka which has good reputation . Value for money brand.
The staff were so nice and comfortable to talk with and even the quality of the products were good.
Store is good, maintanence is good. I purchased a but the adjustment clip broke the very next day. (less than 24 hours). went to the showroom and they asked me to contact customer service. I spoke with them, went the photos of the product to the email address they asked me to. After a week l, they replied saying that they need the product checked by their Quality team and asked me to send the product to their office in Bangalore.(They provided the pickup service) Now I have to wait another 7 business days, after they receive the product and then I'll get an update. waiting for resolution will update again.
