Very bad service. When u know ur products are none exchangeable u must inform ur costomers... I was not told about their non exchangeable policy.. they don't even show the product to confirm if it's the same product costomer needs.. when I went to ask him as the product which I bought was wrong ..he is telling me that particular product not their in jockey .. which was very funny ..I m standing with that product in my hand and he is saying that to me... Plz change ur staff..as ur losing all ur costomers because of this jockers at the store.. I m not going to step in this shop again.they don't respect their costomers..

Since your co has such a strong no exchange policy you should train your staff better. It's ok tomsay nontona customer than to sell them a wrong product. Tummy support is different from shape wear. And as an in-store person you need to check your clients requirements before you just sell them a product knowing very well that you have a no exchange policy. you women customer can have severe and serious gynecologly issues. When you sell them a shape wear instead of a tummy support produc that's the last 1000 buck you are making from them.
