Been here twice. Relatively big showroom and nicely kept. But I didn't like the know-all-attitude of the female staff especially. They didn't have the product we wanted and outrightly told that the style was no longer available in stores. They however took our number saying they would call us if it arrived, but neither did they call nor did we expect their call. (This I am mentioning here specifically because the same evening, we also visited the tiny jockey outlet nearby opposite Sain foods , and they too didn't have our product, but they took our number and they promptly called us the next week and yesterday we went and purchased the same. ) What I want to say is no genuine customer looks at your stylish attire. All the customer cares is whether you care to serve them sincerely. Staff are attired stylishly in their uniforms and all, but are busy chitchatting and having their own fun and customer service is secondary.
