Awful encounter at the store. The staff lacks supportiveness and maintains an unpleasant attitude. Dislike visiting shops where salespeople behave as if we owe them something.
very disappointed with the customer service at the shop, when i visited the showroom last month along with my wife for somepurchase no ladies staffs attended us, even though there was two ladies staffs are free at that time.Feels very disappointed ,poor customer satisfaction I never visit this jockey showroom anymore
this is the 5th Or 6th time i shop from here..very much impressed with the briefs quality and comfort..also the shop looks nice.. good collection of both male and female inner wears..bought a combo pack last time.. and very much satisfied with the purchase..the fabric used for brief is comfy ..light..and fits well..the shape is excellent ..the briefs are neatly packed and hand pick was very easy.. some shops show a pile of briefs on the table,very hard to find the best.for that good thanks to staffs..untill i find the next best alternative, jockey is my first priority ..
