Place is definitely nice. Especially during evenings, views of Mahanadi bank are fantastic. Giving 4 because of a single con i.e., place is quite small comparing in the point of view as a park, though experience was overall good for me. My Suggestion - if you are getting a chance to come nearby the do visit this place, also "I LOVE CUTTACK" is not far from there, which add a plus point for this.

This is a good place. And there are a small aquarium is available here. No ticket, full free park. Love this place. Only 1 km from Scb medical. 1 km from cuttack railway station. 1.5 km to jagatpur

Thing I like about this park even though it feels tiny is that you get a good view of the river & the peaceful evening vibe. With some exercise equipment or children's slider and my childhood memories attached with them I'm much inclined to like this park.
