This is one of the dirtiest place I ever came across, the bedsheets are smelling like anything and the AC doesn't work, I dint find any swimming pool around, and not one glass of water was there and power fluctuating issues, thet don't maintain or promise to give whta was mentioned in the website. Above all they are strict about the timings. One of the regretting thing is this ....
Stayed with Family, Rooms are spacious with AC, Water, WiFi, Fridge, Multiple Power sockets to keep mobile chargers, 24x7 Hot water. Provided Extra Mattress & Owner Mr Kevin will suggest bike rentals, travel places. Overall Experience is very good, my family felt like a home. Walkable distance to Calangute Beach & Shopping area, multiple food options. Thanks Kevin

We stayed here for 3nights and really enjoyed our stay. We checked in very late around 12.45am Mr Kevin(Owner) was there to assist us and quickly allotted the room. The room was good with all the basic amenities and a top notch cleanliness. The guest house is at a walking distance from the beach hardly 3-4mins and also is in very prime area. Kevin is really nice guy and helps you in arranging cab, hiring two wheeler and any further help needed. All in all a good stay with all best amenities.
We have the great expectations while looking through the review but we are so disappointing by everything. Starting from the cleanliness. There are lots of ant around and bed bug. My whole body is with bite mark. The mattress is so dirty, they should either put in the sun time to time or change it. There is no proper services. Owner should maintain the property and look after it properly. Having big room doesn't mean room is good. Wifi only work on certain area not the last room. Swimming pool is not a part of guest house. Our check in time is 11am but check out time is 10am and to keep the luggage we have to pay extra. So disappointing with overall. I would recommend not to visit this place. I am also surprised that there were not a single bad review with this type of services. Worst experience.
Stayed here on two separate Goa trips. The recent one being in March 2023. It is a family owned joint wherein the family stays at the ground floor and the top floor is let out to guests. The pricing is really reasonable and the location is really good. This place is a gem of a find in Calangute. Recommend this place to anyone staying in Calangute/Candolim area. It's a very chilled place to stay.
It's kinda hard to find in Google maps as it is beside the muddy road. But the rent is really good at such good price. Owner is honest and good person. Parking is available & usually is outside the gate unless space is available inside. Rooms are spacious and beds, pillows and blankets are provided. A/C & Non A/C rooms are present. Hope u all enjoy your time here and in Goa and make your trio a memorable one.
