JNS Fitness Centre - Gym in Kadayirippu, Aikaranad North - Ernakulam, India

Prior to joining JNS Fitness centre i was having fatty liver grade 2, high cholesterol and a i weighed 103.7kg. Instructor Mr Nelson patiently listened to all my condition and concerns and planned a routine for me. I was under his strict supervision and he motivated me everyday not to give up. With all the facilities and wide space available at JNS he made me workout with all my potential and now i can proudly say that with my dedication and hardwork and with his proper coaching i have lost 13 kg in a period of 2+ months and I'm pretty confident that we will achieve a healthy lifestyle and ideal weight for my body. I will recommend JNS to everyone who is willing to put in effort to have a healthy body.

One of the best gym near kolenchery and pattimattom area. Most importantly the gym is very spacious and the air circulation is really good. You get the finest workout plan as per your body shape. Excellent trainers!! I've been training here since 2019. I'm totally satisfied.

I feel very happy and satisfied to be a member of JNS fitness centre. Overall, it is a very positive space!!! Very spacious fitness centre with well maintained equipments. The gym ambience is really good. I could meet clients in all age groups here. Happy with the basic gym etiquette of this place. Special mention about the training by my personal trainer, Mr Nelson. I could recover from my shoulder injury with his guidance. He is very professional, helpful, and approachable.
