Terrible post purchase Service experience. 1.Worst behaviour of service centre floor manager. 2.They do not value your time. "Yesterday on 22-07-2022 I visited JMG service centre for my bikes 1st servicing at sharp 8:00 am & made a job card serial no.1 After awaiting 1.5 hours service manager told me to wait until 10am, then only we will start , our boss is coming from Delhi for service centre visit,so we have to clean & wash the service areas." Boss is coming for visit, So all these cleanness !!!! Other time???? A customer will wait unnecessarily 2hours. Not recommended for servicing@JMG, try Essen Hero/Sunny motor. My experience @Essen hero Sikharpur was good yesterday...
