JMA Garden Resorts - Resort hotel in Dindigul, Sirumalai - Dindigul, India

Rooms are clean and neat but you can't expect any hospitality here. They are not aware of hospitality. Initially they said that the rooms are not available when we arrived and the advance were already paid but after speaking with them for 30 minutes, they gave us 2 rooms. If we don't have any expectations and only for rooms we can prefer here other than that nothing is here. They didn't keep any towels and toiletries and we can't get hold of them in the morning to ask for anything. Better they should work in increasing the hospitality

Think twice before you plan to stay in this property as rooms are okay and lacks cleanliness in terms of remains of used toiletry items of previous guest kept unattended. Foods served were okay without any variety. Took long time to serve food due to manpower shortage. Self service is the best way to get rid of time constraints if any. Room rents are cheaper compared to other property but price of food is exorbitant not worthy of it. Management needs to improve manpower and can improve tastiness of the food served.

Beautiful place for stay in hill areas. Service is bad. Cleanliness is not upto the mark. Food is very very bad. Not at all worth the price.

They will not all provide any basic rooms service like providing water tea coffee etc during power failure there will be no generator facility don't eat foods in restaurant it will more than room cost just walk by road before sunsets you can have good and best foods at cheap price in roadside small hotels

Beautiful resort run as a cheap lodge by the present management. Worst service, worst food, worst maintained rooms, no water bottle, toiletries. Especially, during weekends unmarried, pleasure seeking youths, drinking bachlor groups make somuch disturbances. Family people, please stay away. Dont get fooled by the photos of the resort shown here.

A nice little garden resort located in a very scenic spot on the Sirumalai hills. This property has about 40 rooms spread over a sizable area with good looking gardens. We stayed for a couple of nights in a family room. Some rooms are in isolated cottages well spaced apart for privacy. The strong positives are: 1. Great location, easily accessed as it's on the main road. 2. Good greenery, children's play area, secured parking and spread out rooms. The strong negatives are: 1. Poor maintenance, 2. Lack of staff, 3. Average to below average food, 4. Dependence on the kitchen for food and 5. Expensive food. While the stay experience itself was good, the negatives greatly impacted the overall satisfaction. The front desk manager was a jack of all trades!!! Doubling up as a cook, waiter, maintenance man, front desk manager and a lot of other chores with the only other assistant stepping into all those above roles as well!!!! A good property with great potential is being poorly managed is a pity.

Not Maintain cleaning rooms bathrooms.. Other hotel Meals bill More price but less quantity.. This is more expensive to Customers. we waiting best reply. I am staying last 3 weeks ago

Some of the room were not that expected as seen in the net. Food was okay. No napkins and toiletries provided. Glasses for serving juices were not available.
